The date June 25, 2009 would forever be engraved in many people's mind as the day the backward-gliding moonwalk legend, Micheal Jackson reached for his last gasp of air. As word of his death spread, MTV switched its programming to play video from Jackson's heyday. Radio stations began playing marathons of his hits. Hundreds of people gathered in public place in sudden, performing an unusual action for a brief time as a tribute for MJ.





Micheal Joseph Jackson,the seventh child of the Jackson family was born on August 29, 1958 in Gary, Indiana. From his debut on the professional scene in 1968; to being a member of the Jackson 5; to being ranked alongside Elvis Presley and the Beatles, MJ has been the biggest pop sensations of all the time.






The peak may have come in 1983, where MJ moonwalked off with the show during Motown's 25th celebration with an all-star televised concert. The audience stood and roared as MJ ran through "Billie Jean" with pointing, crouching, high-kicking, splay-footed, crotch-grabbing performance.







The King of Pop put in so much passion preparing for a series of 50 concerts starting July 13 at London's famed 02 arena. But sadly, MJ's dream didn't come true...






Yet, people who work with MJ don't want his effort to be put into a waste by making a documentary movie of MJ's preparation for the comeback tour.
